Description:

Tavia is a new khtml Browser in developement.

*Features

- Multi Document Interface support. (Child Frame-Mode, Tab-Mode, IDEAI-Mode)
- Like Konqueror, parts is changed dynamically and can be used.
- History and Bookmarks
- view management by buttons with thumbnail.
# thumbnail is zoomed by pushing center button of mouse.


*Download

-The newest version can get only from Subversion Repository.
$ svn co http://dev.net-p.org/repos/tavia/trunk/tavia


*Compiling and Install

-change current directory to working-directory.
-The following should do it:
$ make -f Makefile.cvs && ./configure && make && make install

hi, i'compilimg succesfully the tavia-0.2.5a & tavia from svn (140_rev)
but when i execute tavia crash with this error :(

/usr/local/kde/bin/tavia
kdecore (KIconLoader): WARNING: Icon directory /home/seneka/.kde/share/icons/crystal/ group not valid.
QPainter::begin: Cannot paint null pixmap
QPainter::setPen: Will be reset by begin()
KCrash: Application 'tavia' crashing...

the permissions of /home/seneka/.kde/share/icons/crystal/ are ok, maybe Cannot paint null pixmap , sorry i dont know .

yes :( crashed, with all my users with default icons or not, always crash :(

are the "prefix" line of Makefile and result of "kde-config --prefix" the same?
if different:
"./configure --prefix=`kde-config --prefix`"
and "make install" again.
