Description:

FritzTray is a System Tray Applet written in qt4 and under Development.
It uses AVM DSL Modem UPNP Devices. Currently I have only testet on FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7141 Boxes. You can modify and add new backends by setting the Enviroment Variable export BACKENDSPATH=$HOME/mytesthw; fritztray to search for Peronal Templates.

looks interesting. I can not try it yet, my KDE4 install will be in 2 weeks. Do you have a plan for further features yet? I do not know what is possible but the functionality of

may be interesting and support for the virtual usb ports of the Fritz!Box would be really cool. Also call notication (not for all, only for specific numbers.

Many Server Administrators or Workstation Operators and i'm self haven't KDE4 installed ;)
Your only need Qt >= 4.4.3, fritztray works on all Linux Desktop Gui's with SystrayBars
My feature plan is to build a Monitoring Applet Application for AVM DSL Modems without Configuration options. Only connect and force disconnect Actions currently implemented.
